• The innovative, dual-purpose VW camera board is also a universal OEM radar reflector, a specially designed target board for calibrating both radar systems and Volkswagen cameras.
• State-of-the-art distance and wheel hub thrust angle alignment markers are used by the system's guided instructions to efficiently direct the user to place and align the fixture to the vehicle for the most accurate calibration.
• Surround view floor mat targets support multiple OEMs.
• The leading-edge Bosch ADAS Positioning System (BAP) utilizes technology and industrial-grade vision sensors to measure the distance and angles of the fixture in relation to the vehicle, providing the most precise measurements and ensuring the exact target positioning required for the most accurate calibration.
• CTA 120 Radar Reflector: Universal OEM cone reflector target and carrier for calibration of front, corner, and rear radar sensors. Vision positioning using the DAS 3000 fixture ensures precise and effective calibration. Constructed with fiberglass material to avoid false and improper radar calibration, the carrier is designed to connect future targets and alignment technologies. It is suited for Kia, Hyundai, Mazda, Toyota/Lexus, and Honda vehicle recalibrations.
• ADS 625X (sold separately) with the ADAS Calibration Software Package: Control the vehicle-specific calibration and adjustment procedures with guided instructions.
• The guided instructions walk users through common, simplified calibration procedures, including setting up the fixture, target selections, and sensor calibration compatible with the unique requirements of OEM makes and models. These common procedures reduce the number to a fraction of OE setup variations and the complexity of ADAS calibrations.

Set-up, Training and Support

White Glove On-site Setup and Installation: Bosch is committed to not only providing the best calibration equipment, but also helping shops use that equipment to its fullest. Where available, on-site set-up and product training is offered for shops with the purchase of the DAS 3000. An authorized Bosch field representative will unpack, assemble and provide instruction on the use of the DAS 3000 for ADAS calibrations, including the most common calibration procedures. Online Training Courses: Registered users will also receive one year of access to a 4-part technical ADAS training via the Bosch Automotive Training Solutions (BATS). This 4-hour training course will cover topics such as the foundational concepts of ADAS, ADAS features, components and systems overviews as well as DAS 3000-specific topics related to ADAS calibration. Registered users will also have to access other training content within the BATS portfolio. Bosch ADS 625X scan tool upgrade with included ADAS software subscription card required to activate access.
